I dont mind waiting an hour for an order but 3hours is absurd , If you don’t have that many delivery options or people , you could simply inform people there would be tardiness , The food gets processed and accepted very slowly , the delivery person doesn’t call people when they arrive , he showed up didn’t call me almost left if I didnt send someone for him basically a scam .

I’ve been using the Yassir app in Tunisia from time to time, and honestly, I get disappointed every single time. The waiting time is unacceptable food delivery takes on average around 1 hour, and taxis are not any better.What makes it worse is the behavior of some drivers: cancellations, lies, and straight-up rudeness. The app gives ride coupons, but drivers keep canceling rides repeatedly until all the coupons expire, and only then does the ride suddenly work. This feels intentional and very frustrating.Food is almost always received cold, especially compared to other delivery apps that manage timing and quality much better.Customer support is another major issue. They keep repeating the same scripted answers:“Sorry for the brief delay (less than 5 minutes)” when the delay is literally 1 hour.“Sorry, we couldn’t reach you, it seems your phone number is wrong” which feels like an excuse to avoid calling customers.Overall, the service lacks professionalism, honesty, and respect for users’ time. Unless serious improvements are made in driver accountability, delivery time, and real customer support, I wouldn’t recommend this app.

I passed a command of a crepe and didn’t receive my order for three hours, each time the application delays my order and then sends a false notification of the delivery guy arriving at the restaurant. I called client service which was unavailable on two different lines provided by the official website. I have also tried contacting the support by mail and got no response whatsoever. The final straw was when the delivery guy asked for more money as a « tip ». The unprofessionalism of this application has led me to delete it. Do not recommend. Do not use.
