All transactions are slow. Even telephone recharging results in an error message countless times. Nearly all features get blocked for several days for no reason, and customer support doesn’t even bother to respond .

The app is useful, but there are issues that affect the overall user experience.The design feels outdated and not user-friendly, which makes navigation and usage less smooth.The app’s customer support needs significant improvement. It is often unavailable, and technical issues take a long time to be resolved.

Everything about this app was built to make the user experience annoying. Too many bugs, slow transaction time, slow processing. Everything about it is slow and annoying. Can’t do anything right in this country.

This app stole my money through the option menu “Alimenter carte”. The money got withdrawn from my other account and did not get transferred to my postal card. I lost 225 DT because of their incompetence to keep their app up to date!! I sent them emails and I called…nothing works with these thieves!!!
