As we get closer to June, we're releasing more features to enhance your summer school experience as much as we can! Check out what we've changed:
-> New Migrate to Summer School feature!
You can now receive prompts to switch schools if you need to for summer school! (Only available at select school districts; contact us to add yours! see details below.)
-> You can now set reminders through notifications when you have a certain number of minutes left in either the period or the passing period! The timing is fully customizable. (login required)
-> When selecting a school, the app now displays popular schools at the top to speed up the process. You can check this out by going to Settings -> School Selector
-> Bell+ now takes up less storage! We’ve made optimizations to free up space.
-> And lastly, we made a bunch of bug fixes, cleanup, and performance improvements across Bell+.

We've made improvements to Bell+! Check them out below.
-> Live Activities now start automatically at the beginning of your first period. No need to open the app, Bell+ handles it for you. (Login required.)
-> You can now purchase bundles to get matching themes/icons for cheaper! Check out the theme shop for more details.
-> A brand-new Beach app icon has been added. Give your Home Screen a fresh summer look with this new style.
-> Bell+ has been redesigned for iPad and Mac. Enjoy a cleaner, wider layout that makes better use of larger screens.
-> The clock now stays perfectly centered across all themes. No more alignment issues.
-> Your data is now protected against phone restarts and power cycles. Bell+ will no longer reset unexpectedly.
-> Fixed an issue where older iPhones repeatedly showed the icon change prompt even when no icon was changed.

-> Schedule now has its own dedicated tab. This makes it easier to view today's timeline, manage your schedule, and adjust your customizations, all in one place!
-> We've added a Bell Delay setting. If your school's bells ring a little early or late compared to your schedule, you can now add an offset so the countdown matches your real day more accurately.

-> We've created a brand new way to experience Bell+, with themes! You can now use a variety of themes we've designed, and we plan on adding even more throughout the school year.
-> In order to unlock themes, you'll need to purchase them with "coins". Coins do not cost money; instead, you can earn them by simply inviting your friends to download Bell+. When you open the app, click on Themes -> Get Coins, and you'll see your referral code. If another user enters your code, you will BOTH receive 2 coins.
-> You can show off your amount of referrals with our new leaderboard feature! Climb to the top AND support Bell+ at the same time :)
-> New support for widgets, which can now be used on the home screen in multiple sizes, next to the date on your lock screen, and as a widget on your lock screen in two sizes. Our personal favorite is the widget next to the date, above your clock, on the lock screen. Check them out! (note: you need to open the app after setting up a widget for it to begin working.)
-> And lastly, we made some other minor bug fixes and app enhancements.
