Benim kullandığım borcamın ölçüsü 28*22 cm. 5.Keki beklerken üzeri için ayırdığınız karışımı uygun bir tavaya alarak üzerine süt ilave edilir ve ocakta 5 dakika kaynatılır. 6.Fırından çıkan kekin ilk sıcaklığı çıktıktan sonra yani 10 dk kadar sonra dilimlenir. 7.Üzerine yavaş yavaş ılıyan sos her yerine gelecek şekilde dökülür. 8.Üzerine iri parçalanan ceviz serpilir. Siz dilediğiniz şekilde de süsleyebilirsiniz. 9.Kekin sosu güzelce çekmesi için en az 2-3 saat dinlendirildikten sonra ıslak kek dilimlenerek servis edilebilir.
