Doseora 1.4 makes organising your day clearer and more flexible: • Redesigned Home and Medications screens, with doses and routines organised by morning, afternoon and evening. • A new My Medications view separates today’s schedule from your complete medication list. • More flexible routines: selected weekdays, weekly, monthly or yearly intervals, multiple daily times, advance reminders and bounded follow-ups. • Pause and resume medications, with more accurate supply tracking and refill alerts. • Safely log or correct past doses and routine completions without changing today’s progress or reminders, with quick Undo. • New Arabic typography, consistent navigation, smoother motion, haptics, sounds and motivational celebrations. • Many reliability improvements for reminders, backups and calendar edge cases.

Three new languages Doseora is now available in German, Spanish and French, alongside English, Arabic and Turkish. Calmer reminders Instead of repeating every 10 minutes until you respond, you now get a reminder at dose time, a follow-up after 30 minutes and a last one after an hour — then they stop. You can turn the follow-ups off completely in Settings. One tap to log a dose The three buttons on each medication card are now a single "I took it" button, and it's visible without opening the card. A shorter way to add a medication Dose details moved into the first step, so the wizard is three steps instead of four. Edit from the home screen Press and hold a medication card to edit it. Deleting one now always asks for confirmation first. Refreshed dark mode Deeper backgrounds with clearer, lighter cards. Fixes Resolved a crash that could happen when changing the app language.
