Real-Time Eye Tracking
FlowEye detects facial landmarks on-device to estimate blink rate, eye openness, and screen-use strain patterns. When your eyes may need a break, you'll know before discomfort builds.
20-20-20 Rule Reminders
Every 20 minutes, FlowEye reminds you to look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. This is a common wellness habit for screen breaks. Intervals are fully customizable from 10 to 60 minutes.
Guided Eye Exercises
Four guided exercises support regular eye movement breaks with real-time gaze verification:
- Clockwise Circle: full-range eye rotation
- Horizontal Scan: left-right sweep
- Vertical Scan: up-down sweep
- Near-Far Focus: guided near/far focus break
Forced Eye Rest Timer
Choose Micro Rest (1 min), Deep Rest (5 min), or Eye Meditation (10 min). The timer only counts down while your eyes are genuinely closed, detected by the camera, so you get real rest, not just waiting.
Eye Care Statistics
Track blink rate, strain score, session duration, posture alerts, and rest count. View 7-day trend charts for eye care duration, rest frequency, and strain index.
Posture Monitoring
Detects if you're sitting too close, head down, or head tilted, and shows a real-time alert banner to help you correct your posture before it becomes a habit.
