This is the first time I am reviewing a company-app (imagine how much I got exhausted), I have purchased around 14 days ago mentioning it will be delivered in 3 days. Since then everyday receiving “arriving today”, although I have contacted by mail and cancelled the order. There is no one you can communicate, no customer care, no refunds NOTHING. Never buy anything.

Worst customer support team! I have ordered a shoe from UK through 6th Street, i haven’t received it for a month. I have reached them for a complaint and only after that they told me that the supplier cancelled the order and there is nothing they can do about it. When it was late for a month, they didn’t bother to check at all. There is no customer support at all. They just read their fixed text.
Worst app and website I have ever used for shopping

Received a wrong item. The photo pf the item had no relevance to what I received. After being able to return the product , they have not yet refunded my credit card. Now I can not log in to the app to follow up on my refund. The whatsapp chat option does not work either. I hope to be able to get the refund. Will never shop from 6th street again
