This is a perfect app to workout at a gym alone with a professional. I have chosen team evolve with coach Samantha amongst other teams. She updates weekly all workouts. I can synch with the daily workout from my phone just using ear pods. So easy and efficient. Sometimes I think it is even better than the pt working for my gym. Don’t hesitate to down load it for getting good results. 💪

Hem içerisinde ağırlıkları takip edebileceğimiz alan var hem de her hareket detaylı olarak açıklanıyor. hangi hareketi yapıcam derdi yok gelişimimi takip edebilir miyim kaygısı yok fiyatı biraz türkiye şartlarında pahalı ama ona da yapıcak bir şey yok spor salonuna gidip o kadar para veriyorsam uygulamayı da kullanırım. en azından motive olma derdim yok. bütün stressimi yok ettiğini söyleyebilirim
