I am unable to complete the initial setup for tethering, which has prevented me from using the camera with the app effectively.Here is a brief overview of the steps I have taken so far:1.Checked the tethering cable for any issues.2.Verified the camera’s settings and ensured that it is compatible.3.Followed all the recommended troubleshooting steps available on your support page.Unfortunately, none of these have resolved the issue. We use C1 pro for shooting at my workplace. I edit photos after shooting at home. However, I cannot use the cloud process during shooting, since I opened a subscription with my own e-mail address in the iPad version. There is a problem in using ipad while at the office and using c1 pro at home.
