50 tl kargo alındığı yetmiyormuş gibi 19 tl de hizmet bedeli altında paketleme vs gibi saçma sebeplerle ücret talep edilmesi ilk defa karşılaştığım saçma bir sömürme yöntemi. Tekrar alışveriş yapacağımı sanmıyorum

mağazaya 16 aralıkta bir ürün sipariş etmiştik ürünüm 26 aralıkta mağazada gözükünce 28 aralıkta mağazaya gittim ve ürünümün mağazada olmadığını söyledi mağaza çalışanları bana müşteri hizmetleriyle görüşmem gerektiğini söylediler ve zaten müşteri hizmeti diye bir şey yok sonra biraz daha bekledim 4 ocakta da tekrardan mağazaya gittim gene ürünüm olmadığını mağazada dediler iade edebilir miyim dedim bana ürünüm elimde olmadan iade edemeyeceğimi söylediler ne paramı alabiliyorum ne ürünümü bir daha bu mağazadan bir şey almam sizlerinde almanızı tavsiye etmem…
