I love this game and been playing for months. But the ways we upgrade our service ratings is so hard and limited and its getting annoying at this point. I am currently in the level of silver 3 and can't reach gold 1 because of this problem. Please show us new easier ways of it or else I might have to give up on it.

Until silver 3 level everything is perfect but when you are trying to reach gold 1 level, service rating makes you struggle so much, because its like impossible, you have to get lower service rating point need

After a point it’s so hard to level up. Especially silver3 to gold1. I’m silver3 for weeks. It’s because of the service rating. I got all the staff but it’s impossible. Reduce the points!
