I tried so many productivity apps. Some of them have many features, the others have beautiful designs. Todoist is the perfect combination of simple design and adequate features. I strongly recommend using Todoist with the GTD framework.
iPhone push notifications not working

I am using todoist premium in my mac and iphone. If I add task via mac or web version, todoist app on iphone doesn't sync until I open app. Badge and widget still show old tasks. Also push notifications doesn't work either If app doesn't run in background.BTW; background sync is enabled for todoist in my iPhone, also not in power save mode. All app notifications are active too and using latest iOS version.NOT RECOMMEND PREMIUM!

I used to use Wunderlist and wanted to look for a better alternative although I just use it for my daily habits and basic lists. Tried Microsoft’s To-do but it has missing features and no Mac app right now. I preferred Todoist because it has tons of integrations and I heard it often. First of all it’s more complex than its competitors. Due dates and notifications are completely different things. If you have a recurring task and define notifications for specific dates it becomes complicated. Natural date time detection doesn’t understand you sometimes. You must remember them every time. It isn't smart enough. There is no time picker on Mac app for due dates. It’s like a joke! You must first pick a date and then add the time manually. After I click "show archived tasks" icon, there is no undo option. It still shows the same icon although the archived tasks are shown. You must refresh the page. Huh!If you have a daily recurring overdue task from yesterday and want to mark it as done, it also marks today’s task. This behavior should be configurable.Karma feature is nice to have but the problem is, I add tasks to recurring test some features sometimes, mark them done subsequently to see what happens for next months (for example behavior of every 29th) and my karma rises up because of the tests.Icons are confusing. Especially add tag and select project icons. As a professional user I always mix up that icons. There should be an option to show them with descriptive texts.Sorting is only works once. It doesn’t sort items when I add new items. For instance I add new tasks with different priorities and I have to resort them each time. Annoying.I am not fully satisfied to use it but it’s the best alternative thanks to its integrations. I have been using it for now.
We’ve done the usual fixing and squashing to keep things working as they should be.
