Apartman Yönetim is a building management app for apartment and residential complex managers. It brings dues, debts, income and expenses, owners' meetings, surveys and maintenance requests together in one app. Your residents do not install anything: reminders, survey links and reports reach them on WhatsApp.
DUES AND DEBT TRACKING
• Charge dues to every unit in one step. The amount is split equally, and you preview it before saving.
• Set up templates for monthly dues and recurring expenses. The records are created automatically each month.
• When dues are overdue, a WhatsApp reminder goes to the unit owner automatically. The message includes the building's bank account.
• New: Remind a unit of its overdue debt with a single tap. You see the message before it is sent.
• Record each payment as cash, bank transfer, card or other. Partial payments and receipt numbers are kept too.
FINANCIAL REPORTS
• See income, expenses, debts and balance on one screen, with a six-month trend and a category chart.
• Track units in debt, how long each debt has been waiting, and the payment history of every unit.
• Share the financial summary as PDF or Excel.
• Send the financial report to residents on WhatsApp.
MEETINGS, DECISIONS AND SURVEYS
• Plan owners' meetings. Unit owners get a WhatsApp reminder about 24 hours and 30 minutes before the meeting.
• Record decisions and attach a photo or document of the minutes.
• Share a meeting or a survey in the building's WhatsApp group.
• Create surveys: multiple choice, yes-no or open-ended. Each resident gets a personal link, and you follow participation and results in the app.
MAINTENANCE REQUESTS
• Residents report a fault on WhatsApp or by phone, and the request appears in your app.
• Update the status and add notes. When the fault is fixed, the resident is told on WhatsApp.
MANAGER ASSISTANT
• Ask the assistant: "How much does unit 5 owe?" or "Plan a meeting for next Tuesday."
• The assistant finds the information and prepares the record. Important actions such as charging dues to all units, sending debt reminders or deleting records never happen without your approval.
• New accounts get starter credit. You can buy more credit in the app.
WHATSAPP FOR RESIDENTS
• Residents with a registered phone number can message the building's WhatsApp line to ask about their debt, their payments and upcoming meetings, or to report a fault.
• Choose the notification language separately for the owner and the tenant.
BUILDINGS, UNITS AND DOCUMENTS
• Manage more than one building or complex. Record units, floors, owners, tenants and vehicle plates.
• Keep documents in one archive: PDF, Word, Excel and photos.
• See which reminders, surveys and reports went out from your building in the Sent Notifications list.
• Restore a building you deleted by mistake from Recently Deleted within 90 days.

SUBSCRIPTION
• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial.
• Plans depend on the number of registered residents: Starter (up to 10), Standard (20), Professional (50) and Enterprise (999). Choose monthly or yearly billing.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.

Ratings & Reviews
Percentages, dates and file sizes on report, survey, document, notification and maintenance screens now follow your language. These screens are fully translated in every language, including role, floor and document type labels. Fixed a cut-off title and amounts wrapping onto two lines on narrow screens. The meeting screen now says reminders go to unit owners.
