AI-powered Modi listens as you talk about your feelings and offers short, gentle suggestions. If you are going through a hard moment, Modi points you to the right kind of support.
Mood Journal and Calendar
Log how you feel each day: happy, calm, anxious, tired... Modi shows your moods on a colorful calendar so you can notice how they change over time.
Psychologist-Approved Journeys
Guided programs of 7, 14 and 21 days. Each day, one short task moves you a step forward: performance pressure, managing anxiety, self-confidence, sleep, digital detox, caregiver burnout, empty nest, menopause and retirement.
Meditation and Breathing
8 guided meditations, from winding down before sleep to staying in the moment. A gentle breathing exercise helps you calm down in a few minutes.
Self-Discovery Tests
Short anxiety and mood self-assessments and a 16-type personality test. Save your results as a PDF and share them with a professional if you wish. The tests are not diagnostic tools.
Mind Tools
Simple exercises help you untangle busy thoughts and set your worries aside.
Reading Corner and Community
Read psychologist-approved articles with sources, and share your experiences on the community wall.
Gamified Experience
Earn XP, level up and collect fish as you complete activities. You can also gift fish anonymously to someone you have never met.
LANGUAGES
The app interface and the AI chat are available in English and Turkish. Journeys, meditations and articles are currently in Turkish.
