Doldrums is a daily weather edition — the weather page of a good regional newspaper, rebuilt as an app.
Most weather apps are dashboards: numbers to glance at. Doldrums is something to read. Alongside current conditions, hourly and 7-day forecasts, and live radar, it carries the Forecast Discussion — the National Weather Service forecasters' own written analysis of what the atmosphere is doing in your region, updated several times a day. The actual humans, in their own words.
