Jeo is a professional geodetic altimeter, multi-sensor elevation tracker, and terrain analysis tool. By combining multi-GNSS data, high-precision barometric pressure sensors, and national and global geoid models, Jeo connects raw GNSS ellipsoidal height with true orthometric height referenced to Mean Sea Level (MSL). WHY JEO? (TRUE ORTHOMETRIC HEIGHT vs. RAW GPS) Mobile GPS receivers calculate geometric elevation relative to the mathematical WGS84 ellipsoid, which can introduce vertical error. Jeo uses high-resolution local geoid separation (N) grids to calculate orthometric height (H = h - N). 35+ OFFLINE NATIONAL & REGIONAL GEOID MODELS: More than 35 models are available without an internet connection. These include NOAA NGS GEOID18 (USA), xGGM23 (Mexico), GCR-RSH-2020 (Costa Rica), IGN RAF20 (France), BKG GCG2016/2023 (Germany), CHGeo2004 (Switzerland), REDNAP (Spain), HREF2025A (Norway), FIN2023 (Finland), TG-20 (Türkiye), JGEOID2024 (Japan), IndGG-SH2021 (India), AUSGeoid2020 (Australia) and NZGeoid2017 (New Zealand). Global fallback models include XGM2019e and EGM2008. SENSOR FUSION, BAROMETER & WEATHER: • Kalman fusion combines barometric pressure changes (dP/dt) with stabilised GNSS for smooth vertical tracking. • The barometer station shows live atmospheric pressure, sea-level QNH and weather trends. • The motion filter separates physical movement from barometric weather drift. • GNSS diagnostics show horizontal and vertical accuracy (HDOP/VDOP) and signal quality. GEODETIC & FIELD TOOLS: • Differential Altimeter for relative height measurements on buildings, stairs, towers or cliffs. • 30m DTM slope and aspect in supported regions for terrain gradient and slope orientation. • Elevation Cards with MSL height, coordinates and barometric weather data. • Tilt-compensated compass with automatic declination and 3D calibration. • Geodetic Dashboard with coordinates, ground speed, vertical speed and address. • Qibla Compass with direction to the Kaaba and geodesic distance. BACKGROUND TRACKING & SMART ALERTS: • Continuous elevation tracking with the screen off, with GPS management to save battery. • Custom alerts when defined altitudes are crossed. • Audio and haptic alerts at 25m, 50m, 100m, 250m or 500m intervals. • Set a reference benchmark at a camp or trailhead to monitor net elevation gain. PHYSIOLOGICAL METRICS & PRIVACY: • Effective Oxygen (%) provides a real-time estimate of atmospheric oxygen. • Floor Counter converts vertical ascent into approximate building floors (~3m/floor). • 100% offline and private: data stays on your device. No ads, tracking or account required. BUILT FOR: • Surveyors and Engineers: rapid field elevation checks and benchmark cross-checks. • Mountaineers and Hikers: summit verification, vertical speed and weather alerts. • Aviation and UAV: quick MSL elevation checks and barometer calibration.
