Winding mazes, one hidden key, one locked door and a clock that never stops. Collect fruit along the way and spend it on a longer run.
A key is hidden somewhere in the brambles. The door is on the other side of the maze. The clock is already running.
BrambleWorld is a 3D platformer set in a storybook garden of hedges, bridges and overgrown paths. Guide a small bear through maze after maze, find the key, and reach the door before time runs out.
HOW TO PLAY
• Joystick to move, one button to jump, one to sprint
• Find the key first; the door will not open without it
• Pick up fruit along the way; it is both score and spending money
• Reach the door before the timer hits zero
WATCH YOUR ENERGY
Sprinting and jumping both cost energy, and the bar refills slowly. Running flat out everywhere is not a plan. Read the maze, then commit.
THE MAZE BITES BACK
Spike traps, beehives, snakes, monkeys and hedgehogs all get in your way, and mud drags you down to a crawl. Some levels are run in the rain. Mole holes are linked: step into one and you pop out somewhere else in the maze.
THREE STARS
Your stars come from two things: how fast you finish and how much fruit you collect. A quick run with an empty bag will not earn three stars, and neither will a full bag at the last second.
THE SHOP
Banked fruit is spent on yourself: a longer energy bar, a faster refill, and less time seeing stars after a hit.
Full controller support, in the menus as well as in play.
