One question at the end of the day: did you behave? Tap Behaved and you're done. Tap Misbehaved and you pick what went wrong — a drink, a late takeout, a missed protein target, whatever your own list says. Did something above an ordinary day? Log that too. FOUR TIERS, NOT TWO A day with a slip is Misbehaved. A clean day is Behaved. A clean day with something extra is Overachieved, and two extras makes it Untouchable. The rating is worked out from what you logged and never stored, so it cannot drift away from the record underneath it. YOUR TAGS, NOT OURS The app ships with a starting set and expects you to replace it. Rename the tiers, add your own tags, retire the ones that stopped mattering. Retiring a tag keeps every day it was logged on exactly as it was; deleting one removes it from those days too, and the app tells you how many first. FASTING A timer that shows roughly which stage your body is in, with a colour that warms as the hours pass and a bonus at sixteen hours. Start times are editable, because the timer doesn't always get started on time. APPLE HEALTH, AS EVIDENCE Steps, exercise minutes, workouts, sleep, weight and energy sit beside each entry. Health only ever suggests: a bonus is never counted without your tap. Behave reads from Health; the one thing it ever writes back is a run/walk session with the voice on, saved as a workout once you allow it. Figures read from Health stay on your iPhone — they are never copied to iCloud. EXTRA BURN After about a week, the app stops using a textbook number and compares each day against your own recent median instead — then tells you what the surplus is worth. A croissant, or a few grams of fat. WEEKLY AND MONTHLY REPORTS What tripped you up most often, how the days landed, energy against your own baseline, and a short written summary. Every figure is computed by the app itself. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence the English wording is drafted on-device, and it is not allowed to state a number at all — the charts carry those exactly. SIX LANGUAGES English, Spanish, Turkish, Japanese, Korean and Chinese, switched inside the app rather than by changing your phone. Your own tag names stay exactly as you wrote them. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER There is no sign-up and no backend. Your log lives on your iPhone and mirrors into your own private iCloud, which nobody else — including whoever wrote this app — can read. Export the lot as JSON or CSV whenever you want; it is your record, and it stays readable without this app. A LETTER TO YOUR FUTURE SELF Write one while things are going well. If several days go badly in a row, Behave puts it back in front of you — with the date you wrote it and the run you were on at the time — and sends a reminder the next day, while that day is still open. It stays on your phone and in your own iCloud, and the reminder never quotes it. RUN / WALK INTERVALS Run a minute, walk ten, repeat. A voice tells you each change — "Now run. Round 3 of 6." — at your music's volume, with the screen off, the phone in a pocket, even on silent, and it lowers the music for a moment instead of stopping it. Pause whenever you need to. With the voice on, the session is saved to Apple Health as a walk. No ad networks. No analytics. No tracking. The only thing the app promotes is the developer's own handful of apps, at the foot of the report. Behave or Misbehave is a journal, not a medical device, and offers no medical advice.

  • This app has not received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.

• Meet Blob: the icon's two halves keep you company on Today — and when you log, they split and settle it. Green wins a good day, red wins a slip: arm wrestling, a banana peel, a belly bump or a tug of war, in front of a crowd. Switch it off in Personalize. • The Report now counts from your first day, and has an All view. • At a glance: the share of your logged days that were Misbehaved, and how it compares with the stretch before. • See which slips were on your misbehaved days — and which one was the only slip that day. • The misbehaved share over time and by day of the week. • Symptoms shown as shares of the days you were asked. • Choose which Health figures appear on Today. • Figures from Apple Health now stay on this iPhone — they're no longer copied to iCloud with your log. • Run/walk intervals can speak: "Now run. Round 3 of 6." — at your music's volume, even on silent. With your permission, the session is saved to Health as a walk. • Pause a run/walk session and pick up where you left off. • Fixes: a day logged on two devices now reads the same everywhere, and dates, durations and units follow your language.
