Meetci records your meeting on your phone, separates who said what, writes a report that fits the kind of meeting and pulls out the tasks. It sends the tasks to the right people and follows them up until they are done. The meeting ends, the work begins. HOW IT WORKS • Record or import: record with your phone's microphone or import an existing audio or video file. No bot joins your call. Recording keeps going when the screen is locked and survives a dropped connection. • Transcript and speakers: the conversation becomes time-stamped text. Speakers are separated and matched to people in your contacts with one tap. • Summary and tasks: minutes, project meeting, sales call, one-on-one, interview, site visit, phone call… Meetci recognises the kind of recording and writes the summary, decisions and tasks with a matching template. Tasks come with suggested owners and due dates, and you approve them. • Send and follow up: tap "Send tasks" and everyone receives their own task through an invite link. Reminders go out and progress stays visible. FEATURES • Reports shaped by the meeting type, "Re-analyze" any time • Key moments: tap the star while recording and the analysis gives it priority • Tasks: subtasks, due dates, photo, video and file attachments, comments and @mentions • People you assign tasks to do not need a subscription • Sharing: read-only link, PDF and Word. The transcript is only included when you add it. • Voice recognition (optional): recognises people who gave explicit consent by their voice, off by default • Interface in Turkish, English and German PRIVACY • The original recording stays on your phone. • Audio sent to our server for transcription is encrypted with a per-file key and deleted once the transcript is ready, in any case within 24 hours. • Voice profiles are only created with explicit consent and are never sent to third parties. • Download your data from the app, or delete your account and all of its data. • No ads, no tracking. • AI is used for transcription and analysis; its output is a suggestion and no task is sent before you approve it. TRIAL AND SUBSCRIPTION New accounts start with a free trial: 7 days or 120 minutes of processed recordings, whichever comes first. No payment details are needed for the trial and it does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. After the trial, processing new recordings requires a Meetci Pro subscription (monthly or yearly, 1,200 minutes per month). Your meetings, tasks and exports stay available even when a subscription ends. Meetci Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
