Agu is a simple baby tracker that lets you log your baby's day in one tap. No account, no ads, nothing sent online: every record stays on your iPhone. EASY, EVEN AT 3 AM • Timers for breastfeeding (left / right), sleep and pumping: start, pause, stop. Time keeps counting correctly even if you close the app. • Log bottles (ml or fl oz, breast milk / formula), nappies (wet / dirty, consistency, colour) and medicines in a few taps. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE • Today screen: running timers, time since the last entry and a daily summary (total sleep, feeds, bottle and pumping amounts, nappies). • History: filter by type, edit any entry, undo accidental deletes. • Add forgotten entries later with the right time. VACCINATIONS • The NHS routine childhood immunisation schedule (8, 12 and 16 weeks, 1 year, 18 months and beyond) is worked out from the date of birth. • Schedules for the United States (AAP), Germany (STIKO), the Netherlands (RVP) and Türkiye are included too. • Each dose shows as "done", "due soon" or "overdue", with a reminder before the vaccination day. • Log any other vaccine with name and dose. GROWTH AND HEALTH • Weight, length and head circumference charts with the change since the last measurement. • Temperature entries and trend (armpit, forehead, ear, rectal). • Recently used medicines are ready to pick. WHITE NOISE, MILESTONES AND TEETH • Soothing sounds: white, pink and brown noise, womb, heartbeat, rain, ocean waves, fan, hair dryer and a lullaby. With a sleep timer; keeps playing with the screen off. • Development guide: cards for weeks 1–52 and months 13–24, 10 leap periods and a reminder when a leap begins. Enter the due date to use corrected age. • Teething: mark each tooth with its date and see the typical eruption order by month. • Sounds, the development guide and teeth tracking are free. APPOINTMENTS • Save GP, health visitor and vaccination appointments and get reminded 1 day / 1 hour before. • Optionally add appointments to your Calendar and keep them up to date. BACKUP AND AGU PLUS • Back up all records to a single file and restore them on a new phone (free). • Agu Plus is an optional one-off purchase with no subscription: sleep window and reminder, 30-day statistics and insights, a PDF report and CSV for appointments, more than one baby and extra widgets (sleep, pumping, large, daily summary). Logging, timers, notifications, the vaccination schedule, WHO percentiles and 7-day statistics are always free. PRIVACY FIRST • No account, no sign-up, no servers. • No ads, analytics or tracking. • Data is stored in a local database on your device; nobody, including AppForTech, can see it. Location data is removed, and photos are included in backups. • Pick stool colour from colour swatches; history shows the colour and a photo icon. • Medication is now "Medicine & vitamins".
