We’ve made the Inburgering app even more useful for exam preparation. This update makes studying for the exam easier and more effective. The dictionary is now more powerful for looking up words, and when a definition is difficult to find, we point you to alternatives. We’ve also added a new feature called: "Conversations" to help you practice everyday exam scenarios and learn the answer styles that matter most in the Speaking and Writing exams.

On this release we introduce a very nice feature that will help you learn new words through images of common daily life scenarios (ie. the office, the bathroom, the street) where you are asked to tap to memorise the words. Also in this release we fix a small issue that occurred while looking up for words in the dictionary.

On this new version we have integrated the dictionary with other parts of the app to get out the best of this feature: now you can look up for a word while practicing any of the reading exams and also find the definition of the words related to each one of the speaking exams.

Also as part of this feature we provide a suggested list of A2, B1 verbs and adverbs and a way to organise your words in groups. We also introduce a more personalised experience right from the onboarding and we provide a sneak peek into what will our new "My badges" section be with the goal of making the Inburgering training experience even funnier, complete and useful.

In this new version we present you a list of contextual and bonus words relevant for each one of the speaking exams that will help you learn new words and formulate better answers. We show for each word the definition, translation in English, it's phonetics and the audio to listen it's pronunciation.

In this version we improved the exam feedback given for "Speaking" exams. Now you will get a very detailed feedback and score for your answer on the following categories: grammar, creativeness, relevance, understanding, bonus words and contextual words. Additionally we have introduced a screen detailing the "bonus words" and "contextual words" which are words you will find helpful for every exam set presented.

In this new version, we're excited to bring you a two new types of exams: the "Lezen" and "Luisteren" exams (for level A2). This type of exam will test your reading skills and help you with practicing for these types of exams. We've also included some usability improvements for the app.
