MindBall is a personal awareness app that helps you build emotional awareness and inner balance — one session at a time. Start with a short check-in about your emotional and life states. MindBall uses your answers to create a clear 7-day coaching plan with guided breathing, mindfulness, and thought exercises. Track your progress week over week. Journal your dreams — whether it's career growth, better relationships, or spiritual development — and build daily streaks to stay consistent. Choose up to three dreams and visualize them through guided daily sessions. Four core disciplines guide your journey: - Awareness — grounding and present-moment practices - Breath Positive — breathing exercises for positive emotional states - Breath Negative — breathing techniques for processing difficult emotions - Thoughts — cognitive exercises to reshape thinking patterns MindBall gives you structured weekly guidance, simple progress tracking, and local-first emotion awareness tools. Available in English and Turkish. SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS: • MindBall Premium is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the App Store after purchase. • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
