User functions and conversions can now call other functions and conversions. Within reason! Let's not get too recursive here. You can now reference constants within user functions and conversions. Moved the About screen to a standalone app called "About by PCalc". If you have the app installed, selecting the "About PCalc..." menu item will work exactly as before.

Due to ongoing iCloud problems, iCloud syncing of user data and layouts has been switched off by default. You can still manually export and import to sync. We will switch this back on when Apple fixes things. PCalc is now more compatible with third-party window management utilities. Window sizes are no longer shared across mutliple devices. Added an "Edit" button to the functions, conversions, and constants sections. About screen now runs at 120Hz on suitable hardware. Fixed a problem with button alignment when editing the Mac layouts. Fixed a problem editing certain keyboard shortcuts. Fixed a crash when pasting into the app.

You can now show multiple lines in the menu bar widget. You can now duplicate button layouts between categories, for example to copy a phone layout to the widget. You can now set the C / AC behaviour of a button in the layout editor. The widget now uses the same display font as the main app. Added a warning when you switch on RPN mode for the first time. PCalc for the Mac now has a fully featured button layout editor. Finally! You can now edit all the button layouts, including the layout of the menu bar widget. You can now resize the button layouts. You can now use the widget layouts in the main app. Added a new "Currencies" layout to the widget. Added a disclosure triangle to the widget to collapse it down to just the display. The widget now has bigger buttons in the "Advanced" layout, and shows the display mode and RPN stack depth. The widget now works with any custom keyboard shortcuts you set for the main app. The widget can now download currency rates separately from the main app. The widget is now scriptable via AppleScript. Fixed a problem with bold key text in the widget. Fixed a problem with the widget not resizing properly. Fixed a problem with the tickertape in the widget. Fixed a problem with parentheses count on the splitscreen iPad layouts. Fixed a problem with black text appearing on the buttons in the Touch Bar. Fixed a crash when resetting user layouts.

Improved support for macOS 11 Big Sur, and Macs with Apple Silicon processors. Added an option to change the menu bar icon for the widget. The menu bar widget is now off by default, switch it on and off in the Preferences window. Fixed a problem running PCalc on macOS 10.9.

Added support for macOS 11 Big Sur. The PCalc widget now lives in the menu bar, and is much more powerful: The widget now fully supports keyboard shortcuts. You can use a hot key to open it, perform a calculation, and close it again - all without a single click. You can drag the widget off the menu bar and position it anywhere on screen. You can show the ticker tape in the widget. There's an option to automatically clear the widget when opening it. The widget now uses your chosen digit style from the main app. The widget now supports undo and redo. Added an option to use a global hot key to open the main PCalc application. Added some new digit styles. You can now press any of the keyboard shortcuts for "Clear" twice to perform an AC. Fixed a problem setting the display lines. Fixed a problem pasting calculations using the "×" character.

Updated all scientific constants to the latest CODATA 2018 values, and now include the full list. Improved accuracy of stored numbers when PCalc isn't running, and for copying and pasting. Improved the UI for using multiple memories in the widget. No longer show the "M" indicator when other memories have contents, but "Use Multiple Memories" is off. Added new line display types that show a running total for the current calculation, the "Last X" value, and all the memories. Added an option for displaying all function variables in the registers section. Fixed a problem with still being able to click buttons that weren't enabled. Titlebar buttons now work with VoiceOver and AppleScript. Polyhedral dice!
