QuincyCHAT
- Introduced ability for users within the same app, to securely text with staff and to provide app-less secure texting with external entities (patients, physicians)
- Emojis & Reactions
- Added support for standard emojis in chat messages. Users can react to individual messages and view reactions from others.
- Mentions & Tagging
- Introduced @mentions for tagging participants in chat. Tagged users are visually highlighted.
- Added a new notification preference: receive alerts for all messages, or only for direct/SPC messages and mentions.
Improvements
- Single message printing now includes full-page image previews.
- Prevented chat invites from being sent to non-Qliq users with empty messages.
- Chat bubble colors now reflect sender identity, using the organization’s branding color—especially helpful in group chats.
- Muted conversations no longer trigger push notifications. Only the app badge is updated to reflect new messages.
