• We have returned to selling the app as a one-off purchase on the App Store. Once you buy it, every feature is yours to use as it is • If you installed the app while it was free to download, you can still buy the full version inside the app as before • Stability improvements

• The free trial now starts automatically. There is nothing to do on a purchase screen: open the app and start using it right away. You get 3 days with every feature, counted from when the first photo is received. • You can start using the app right away even on location with no internet, while connected directly to your camera’s Wi-Fi. • The days left in your trial are shown at launch and in Settings. • Improved connection stability.

• You can now stay on your camera’s Wi-Fi. Even if your iPad / iPhone is connected to another Wi-Fi network (such as at home or in the office), the app switches to your registered camera’s Wi-Fi when you open it. If the connection drops during a shoot, a banner at the top of the screen and a vibration let you know, and the app tries to reconnect every 10 seconds until it succeeds. You can also tap ‘Connect’ to reconnect yourself. On iPadOS 18 / iOS 18 or later, once you register a camera, no confirmation screen appears on later reconnections. To set it up, join the camera’s Wi-Fi, register the camera’s name, and enter the Wi-Fi password once. • You can now register multiple cameras. Register the Wi-Fi of several cameras, such as a second body, and choose the one to use from the list. • The free trial is now 3 days (if you are already in a trial, you can still use the app for 7 days as before). • Improved connection stability. • The launch screen is now black.

• ShotTetherPro is now free to download, with a 7-day free trial of every feature. Use the trial to confirm that your camera connects. • The full version is a one-time purchase. No subscription, no additional charges. • If you already purchased the app, you keep full access automatically. There is nothing to buy again.

• New filter bar above the grid: show only starred photos in one tap • Tap a photo in the grid to view it full screen and swipe through just the filtered photos, with a thumbnail strip • Fixed thumbnails not switching position with screen orientation (left in landscape, bottom in portrait) • Fixed an FTP error that could occur right after connecting to Wi-Fi

• Fixed the app showing an IP address the camera cannot reach, and that address changing when the FTP server started • Transfers are no longer interrupted by brief Wi-Fi changes • Connection info now lists every address your camera can use

• Smarter thumbnail placement: the strip now moves to whichever side leaves the photo largest on your particular iPad • Fixed repeated taps not advancing through photos • The thumbnail strip now follows each newly arrived photo • Fixed FTP transfers failing in some setups (data-connection address, active mode support, steadier connection handling)

• Thumbnails now follow the screen orientation automatically (left in landscape, bottom in portrait) • Swipe to move between photos • Pinch to zoom anywhere on the photo

• Now available in 13 languages (English, Simplified/Traditional Chinese, Korean, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Malay, Ukrainian, Thai) • Minor stability improvements
