Description
Swapfiets is world’s first bicycle subscription. For a fixed monthly fee you get a Swapfiets bike and we make sure it always works! If something is wrong with your bike, plan your appointment with our app. You can visit our store or we will come to you within 24 hours, wherever you are in the city. We will fix or swap your bike for a working one.

Terrible service
The app and website don’t work well in general. It’s easy to get “something went wrong, call us” messages. I have been requested to fill my credit card information manually to a phone in the store even though my card was registered in the app.
Also, my first delivery to home was not performed on time due to an operational issue. The problem is that I have not been informed about it before I reached out to customer service. If it is such problematic for the first delivery, I can’t imagine how it would be the appointments for repairs.
Plan Swap button does not work
I recently signed up for a bike but I can’t use the app to plan a swap because the button on the home page doesn’t do anything. Clicking the link on the menu also has no effect.
