Professional, Reliable and Extremely Efficient
I started using this app earlier this year and I would definitely recommend. As a young woman in today’s climate the drivers are very professional, respectful, reliable and efficient. They have male and female drivers which I appreciate. When using the app you get the full name of the driver, a photo, the vehicle type and registration number which provides me with a level of security. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. The operations office is extremely efficient and helpful whenever you call to book a ride. Rides are booked in less than 5 minutes. She checks in from time to time to ensure the drivers were conducting themselves in a respectable and professional manner ensuring my comfort with the service. As it stands I give this service 5 stars and have recommended it to friends and family.
Customer service was exceptional
It was 1:30 am in the morning and I literally was stranded . No cars were in the area, so I message the WhatsApp number an got a swiftly respond. I got so much help from the company on finding a car it’s 10/10 Service and very reliable ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
