No more accidental syncs. **Folder counts refresh automatically** The item count and folder size shown next to each selection now updates after every Compare and Sync operation. **Safer text diff viewer** Files over 1 MB are now loaded line-by-line (up to 10,000 lines) to prevent memory spikes. - Critical fix: app freeze with external drives. Selecting a folder on an external hard drive or USB drive may freeze the app. The fix moves all folder enumeration and comparison off the main thread, so the app stays responsive regardless of drive speed or folder size. - Your folders are remembered. Select your folders once, and they'll be waiting for you next time you open the app — no need to re-pick them every session. - Cancel at any time. Long comparisons and syncs can now be cancelled instantly with the Cancel button. The app stops cleanly at the next file and won't leave things in a broken state. - Layout fix. The Preferences, Clear Results, Copy Log, and Export Results buttons at the bottom of the window no longer disappear when the window is resized shorter.
