Minor fixes and improvements

Two new packs... +-+-+-+ Grandmaster pack +-+-+-+ The seven hardest levels ever devised by mortals. This pack tests the mental agility and dexterity of the most experienced MultiMaze pros. +-+-+-+ Kids pack +-+-+-+ This is for the young up and coming MultiMaze players who want something a bit less complicated.

Fixed a performance bug, mainly affecting 3G users on iOS 4.

MultiMaze just got way more interesting and challenging. In addition to several new free levels in a Classic pack, choose from two additional packs with extra balls, allowing for much more colorful and elaborate mazes. Start with Multiball pack for a series of increasingly challenging and entertaining puzzles. When you are ready to push to the next level, try Master pack. (If you just downloaded MultiMaze 2.0, this update fixes some bugs: crashes after resuming from background mode in iOS 4, doors sometimes refusing to open, and occasional sluggishness on older devices.)
