“True Island Hospitality in Miami”
If every car and driver was a good as Alfonso, Lyft would be the only ride sharing company in business.
He was warm and engaging as we entered; he realized quickly that we were Caribbean people and offered us a “guava” sweet on entering his car; (Island hospitality). He confirmed our destination and ensured that we were securely buckled-in before taking off. His car was emasculate; manicured black leather seats; with a sweet clean fragrance; hand sanitizers in each door pocket. His car rode silky smooth and he’s a very safe driver. I engaged with him and he responded very professionally, without being intrusive or exuberant. We talked about the “real warmth of islands” which he deliberately provided and implored him to keep up the standard, making it his true competitive advantage.

I really enjoyed the efficiency of your service, what will be an improvement is your text message response and updates comes and goes so fast I am unable to read and comprehend that quickly and I don’t know where to pull it up from. Please can you send normal text messages.
My first Lyft experience
I’m from Trinidad. I have used another service and if I have to compare the two I would like to state the cost was more affordable. I would love to have this service in my country. It would certainly make getting around more convenient.
