What can you do with the MRI Workspeed App?
Property managers and support staff:
- Create service requests
- Dispatch service requests
- Accept and complete service requests and preventive maintenance requests
Building engineers:
- Accept and complete service requests, including adding comments, putting on hold, sending to management, and viewing a work summary
- Complete preventive maintenance requests, inspections, and meter readings
- Create service requests
Tenants:
- Create and review submitted service requests
Note: An active MRI Workspeed account is required for use of this app.

Version 18.1.0
Apple iOS users can now open any requests for all properties without encountering difficulties. Previously, the system would freeze when users attempted to open requests for certain properties, and display a "Loading" message indefinitely.
