Disappointing/Unacceptable service!
I’ve ordered some more items from SHEIN since the month of May, I received half of my items and didn’t receive the other half which is 9 items in total. I’ve reached out to SHEIN On several occasions , when I finally got a response they said they would refund me 12 USD in my wallet, SHEIN you can’t be serious. I explained to them that it’s more money I’ve spent but they never responded. Very disappointing! I’m so disappointed in SHEIN! I would love to get some kind of assistance or help regarding my items!
Value for money
Online shopping is always a risk. Can’t say I’ve had zero issues, but Shein always meets my expectations. Ensure you have your correct measurements, check product details (fabric, size guide, reviews) and I guarantee you satisfaction and value for money.
