Everything in the app works smoothly, easy to navigate and very few steps to successfully have your package in your hands.
One thing that should be taken into consideration, sometimes I accidentally put the wrong value for the declaration price. Once you create the pre-alert, you can’t change the declared value.
Also, if you don’t pre-alert, and it arrives to Websource, they put a random declaration value that cannot be changed.
Also, once you create a pre-alert using a tracking number that has more than one item, they must be declared in the same pre-alert, even though the items have different descriptions. Many times I try to put a description for a product i’m shipping and the option isn’t there. But overall, great app

Wonderful App - way better than online.
This app is very convenient to know where and when your package will arrive. It’s also good to see the Total and how much you’ll be paying WebSource that way you can plan and arrange your payment.
