Description
Please tailor app for restaurants to be more descriptive with there menus. I am trying to order a soup, the menu says Chef Soup- Meat and nothing else. I have no idea what the ingredients are or what type of ‘meat’ I am getting. The app is otherwise good but it can be better.
No refunds for cancelled orders
My very first time trying to order through this app and the restaurant cancelled my order. AN HOUR AFTER I MADE IT!! To make matters worse, they claim the money would be refunded and three whole days have gone by without my money being returned. Will never use this service again!
Terrible Service
Tried to contact them about my order and they just seen the message and not answering there phone. Don’t use this app Food drop is much better.
