Множество работы все еще продстоит

Уважаемые разработчики. Прошу вас трудиться больше над продуктом, так как сервис до сих пор полон сложностей

Скачивание фотографий до 200мб занимает по >7 минут;
при загрузке теряется хронология фотографий;
я потерял безвозвратно несколько фото в процессе перемещения их между папками;
В корзине фотографии выглядят сплющенным, что говорит о некорректно настойке размеров

Спасибо за такой подробный отзыв — в нём есть то, на что стоит обратить внимание. Ответим на всё по порядку:
1. Пожалуйста, проверьте, будет ли скорость скачивания выше, если подключиться к другой сети? Важно отметить, что VPN также может блокировать работу приложения.
2. Фотографии в разделе «Фото» сортируются по дате съемки, от новых к старым. При загрузке с телефона дата берется из EXIF. Если информации нет, то приложение показывает файлы согласно датам из операционной системы.
3. Диск не может самостоятельно удалять файлы. Вы можете проверить Историю действий, чтобы найти файл, или написать нам: так мы сможем проверить местонахождение пропавших фотографий. Для поиска нам потребуются названия файлов или ваши последние действия с ними. Написать нам можно через профиль Диска: Меню → Справка и поддержка.
4. При загрузке на Диск фотографии не сжимаются, поэтому сохраняют исходное качество. Встроенный просмотрщик создаёт превью низкого разрешения для сохранения трафика и ускорения работы приложения. Но если сохранить фотографию на устройство — вы увидите, что её качество не изменилось.
