退刷不方便，限制多
2小時外才能線上退票這個設定蠻蠢的，90%的人現在為了節省帶卡的數量都已經使用線上或手機刷卡了，卻因為過了2小時不能線上退刷，要臨櫃退，雖然不知道是什麼原因導致這個限制，但希望能進步一點。這個限制有點蠢，大部分臨時退票的人都是很臨時才有事，若因此酌收手續費也沒關係，至少不是全額損失
Worst ticket service ever
If you top up first, the system would block you not only by your forgotten password, but the membership card password born from the old era attached to your personal data. Also there will still be another fee even if you had topped up there. I am only now eager to finish all the stupid amount of money and hope for this app would be redesigned.
This scenario perfectly depicted how slow digitalising in Taiwan is.
超好用，簡單快速便利！
如果可以在訂票系統有加點餐點試算價格参考功能更好，就不用訂完票去到餐點區，還要返回上一頁計算用套票划算還是單點餐點划算了。
