Apple Health: Bend integrates with the Health app, giving users the option to sync their health information and activity with Apple Health.

I love this app , use it every day . Created a few routines from 15mn to 60 mn . My flexibility improved a lot . Easy to use , unexpensive if you use it frequently .
簡潔有力
介面設計與配色相當適合「伸展」這項主題,動作說明與指令簡易好懂,計時器功能也設計得很好操作,想要添加動作也不難,甚至可以向AI說需求,快速生成訓練菜單,相當符合生活節奏快的都市人,想要快速進入放鬆狀態的需求。
原本只是下載好玩,想不到已經默默養成睡前伸展、睡醒喚醒的習慣,使用經驗相當愉快!
P.S. 希望有朝一日能看到繁體中文的版本,看了一下其他的軟體,使用者介面也是相當優秀且漂亮,會持續支持的!謝謝你們開發出好的軟體!
