Event duration shortened from 24 hours to 30 minutes. 2. There is no longer a limit on the number of rallies you can initiate or join during the event. - Adjusted the Settlement Level Leaderboard ranking rules: In addition to your Power Plant, the combined levels of all other buildings will now count toward your rank.
