I can’t use the app

I just updated ur app, then suddenly, I cannot use it. It keeps saying that “not connected to internet “, but I do connect to the internet, I can use the other apps on my phone. Would you please tell me what happened or help me fix it???

I can’t watch ads for 5 times

After updating the apps, I can’t watch ads for 5 times anymore. It’s ridiculous. Please fix the bugs as soon as possible

Hello this is STARPASS. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If you tab the screen before loading is completed, you may have trouble entering mission/video ad page. Please wait till loading is completed, then try again.

Also, if you close the video/app while watching video ads, hourly ad count will deduct.

Due to high traffic video ads may not be ready from time to time. Please try again after a while.

Also try terminating STARPASS app completely, then restart the App.

If the issue persist, please use ‘Questions’ tab. For faster process, please include your device information, OS and detailed description of the error.

They change the system w no advance notice!!

The starpass operator suddenly announced they’ll change the whole starpass to a new app named STARPLAY with no advance notice, THEY JUST DID!! And the whole show tickets we’ve collect, they said no further transfer for now, that means we have no idea what time we can use our tickets for our stan! I even paid for stars, it is unacceptable!
