The 42nd FAAMA Convention and Managing the Skies Expo returns to Las Vegas at the Green Valley Ranch Resort. on October 15-19, 2023.

The convention theme this year is " FAAMA1 -Lead to Succeed". The 42nd FAAMA Convention will create opportunities for building new relationships, networking and collaborating FAAMA Leadership and members with FAA Administration. Advancements in technology create new hurdles to overcome for you and your team. The FAA Managers Association is committed to providing their members with world class leadership training in order to remain effective leaders that foster positive work environments and safe skies.

FAAMA partners with Corporate Aviation Industry Suppliers for information, education and technology solutions to provide guidance and support in the annual Managing the Skies Expo. The annual event gives members and their guests an unprecedented opportunity to visit with old friends and make new ones; to recharge and refocus energy; and to move on to the next challenge through personal development from world class leadership training.
