They lost my Black Friday deal. I have waited for almost 2 weeks now since Black Friday, the delivery usually only takes 3-4 days. I have submitted a refund, but customer service never told me WHY it was lost, they just said that DHL didn’t receive my parcel, hence nothing was delivered to me. I have ordered several times on ASOS, even from another continent, this is the first time it happens, to me getting a refund doesn’t feel the same as receiving those discounted products I spent time searching. Please improve your warehouse and shipping management.
