Joining and Notifications
* Join Button:
* All users can join an active meeting using the "Join" button available in the meeting details.
* This button becomes active when the meeting is about to start or has already started.
* Real-Time Notifications:
* Once any participant starts a meeting, all other participants receive an instant notification.
