- Back and shoulder workout exercises are grouped by muscle group and difficulty level (easy, medium, hard) and include videos showing how to do each exercise, voice instructions, and a timer for each exercise.
- Developed by a certified personal trainer, all workout exercises are designed with 3D modeling in Full HD resolution.
- Absolutely no gym equipment is required for your back and shoulder workout training. The back and shoulder workout exercises can be used anytime, anywhere, for both men and women.
