This app is for users like me who want a quick glance at their daily calories.
We have many nutrition apps out there, but not all of them display the complete picture, I wanted to easily be able to see whether or not I was sitting in a surplus or a deficit depending on my current training/nutrition goals. My preferred nutrition app only pulls in exercises, ignoring rest and general active calories, only giving part of the picture.
This app simply pulls in the Active, Rest and Dietary calories from Apple Health and displays the combined Burned Calories, Consumed Calories and the difference between them.
We optionally also display the 3 macros, Carbs, Fats and Protein, this can be enabled in the settings tab, where you will also need to set your goal values per day.
On the history tab, you are able to view a list of your calories over the last 7, 14 and 30 days.

This app requires that the device has the Apple Health app installed and access to the following permissions:
- Active Energy
- Resting Energy
- Dietary energy
Optionally, for those who also wish to view their Macros within the app, we would need the following permissions:
- Carbohydrates
- Protein
- Total Fats
