The Chime Care APP will enable our customers to get onboarded onto our system and join the Chime family.
The following steps define the process that will help us arrange and manage your home care with us:
• Answer a short survey so we can get an insight into who you are and what you need, done through our Chime Care APP
• We will contact you to Book a consultation to get to know you better and what you need
• We chime in to then create your bespoke care plan
• We will match your care request with our caregivers
• You will receive the best care for you or your loved-one!
