Fixes to deal with recent changes to Google Drive

Long overdue fixes for OneDrive. Sorry about the delay.

This update makes the home-indicator a bit less prominent while you're reading.

Fixes a couple of bugs introduced in the last update - a crash, and a bug that caused PDF pages to show up blurry.

A few minor updates: - You can now load and export comics via the iOS Files app, in 'On My iPad' -> 'Chunky' - Support for rar5-compressed comics - Fix for missing thumbnail when dragging the page slider - Fix for certain rotated PDFs

Just a quick fix for Google Drive login. There's a rewrite (or maybe a new app) coming eventually, which is why Chunky has been in stasis for a while. Your patience is muchly appreciated :)

Fix a nasty crash on startup related to .CBT comics. Apologies if you were affected, and my thanks to everyone who reported the problem.

Well this is waaaaay overdue. • Support for iPads Pro • Split-View & Slide-Over • Comics show up in Spotlight searches And the usual grab-bag of smaller stuff: • Two-finger swipe to change brightness (check the advanced settings) • Options to change the zooming behaviour (advanced settings again) • Support for .cbt files • Long-pressing the 'download' and 'download all buttons in the file browser now does stuff • The web-server now also talks WebDAV • Tons of bug-fixes, notably for the web server, Amazon Cloud Drive and Image Comics support And one anti-feature: I had to ditch the rotation-lock button because it's not incompatible with supporting split-screen. Sorry.

The last update was a bit crashy, especially for Dropbox users. This one should fix that. Also: • Amazon Cloud Drive support • Touch ID support in the parental lock • Rotation-lock button for those that want it (enabled from the advanced settings menu) • The usual grab-bag of fixes for crashes, glitches, annoyances and trivia The app's been doing great recently, and that's almost entirely down to you lovely people spreading the word, telling friends and leaving reviews/ratings. Bug fixes, iOS8 compatibility, and a fix for missing upgrades in the previous update. Really sorry about that last one :(

This update adds a built-in web browser to make downloading comics from the web a little quicker. It's particularly useful for those sweet, sweet Humble Bundles... Chunky's going free with this release, with a paid upgrade for few features. Existing users get the upgrade for free, obviously. If you bought a paid version of Chunky then it should auto-unlock for you, but if it doesn't, just hit 'Restore Purchase' to get all your features back. • Parental lock: Tag specific comics as ok, passcode-lock the rest of them out-of-sight, and hand your iPad to your kids without worrying about them coming to you with difficult questions about Saga #12 • If you tag your comics, Chunky now does neat things with that info • SFTP support • Pick a specific AFP/SMB/FTP/SFTP subfolder to add • Sort the cloud file-list by date • Selectable page-turn effect • Fixes and speedups, as usual
