First of all, thank you for creating this amazing app, it has significantly reduced my social media usage time. I would 100% recommend it to anyone who are addicted to social media without even realizing it.
However, I personally hope to see more practical features added. After using it for a few weeks, I found that the only functions I actually use are the app lock and the reflection reminder before usage. Other features like music, mindfulness meditation or breathing exercises are unnecessary for people who don’t need them. In fact, if you simply want to relax or occasionally use social media, you’ll likely skip these features entirely.
If possible, hope you can add functions like calendar or to do lists. When we try to open a social media app, instead of just promoting a reflection ( “why do you want to use it?”) it can also remind us of any pending tasks we still need to complete — adding resistance to opening social media apps. I also hope to a feature like performance reports or usage frequency comparisons. So we can better understand our actual usage patterns and improve our behavior.
