This app lets you import your schedule, jumpseats, commercial tickets, catering, and crew, all in one app. Easily export your schedule to your calendar. This app is being developed by a current IPA pilot who just needed a better way to view his life. The first five imports before subscription are free. If you sign up for a subscription, you get one week free of unlimited imports and full app use. Cancel anytime, of course. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
更多 • Jumpseat import reads UPS's new card-style jumpseat page, pasted from the website or shared as the PDF from its Print button.
• Fixed a bug when jumpseats imported from the jumpseat website showed the day before on the Apple Watch.
• Added importing screenshots of UPS's new jumpseat page. Any jumpseat Crewlu can't read completely is listed with how to fix it.
• Fixed a bug where ending iCloud sharing could leave an old status behind that a pilot's own Crewluve kept showing.
• Partner Sharing now tells you when iCloud sharing couldn't be ended, so you can try again.

Partner Sharing, now on any device!
• Everyone gets their own link. On an iPhone or iPad it opens Crewluve, and on Android or a computer it opens right in the browser, with nothing to install!
• See who's connected, on which devices, and when they last checked in. Remove a device or a person anytime.
• Send a quick status to just one person, or to everyone at once.
• Already sharing through iCloud? Sign in to Crewlu Cloud, and your partners move over by themselves once they update Crewluve.
Partner Sharing now runs on Crewlu Cloud. Inviting someone new needs a Crewlu Cloud account.
3.1.0 6 天前
• Fixed trips changed on your other device sometimes still showing their old legs.
• Fixed crew members going missing. Deleting someone from one leg no longer takes them off every leg, a re-import can put back someone your other device took off, and crew missing from past trips come back from the device that still has them.
• Fixed an Old CMS split-trip import that could delete both parts of the trip.
• Time Detail screenshots now read blank 0000Z times, and name any leg they can't read.
• T-Board screenshots now import even when their title can't be read.
• The Pilot Directory now gets every pilot, and opening it no longer uploads them all again.
• Trips from a base that isn't a domicile now use the domicile they leave from for rest rules.
• Added Ho Chi Minh City (SGN) and Hanoi (HAN).
• Fully hidden trips stay out of Partner Sharing.
• Added the BP2607 bid calendar for Captains and First Officers.
3.0.2 10月26日
Added a Fatigue Score on Trips switch in Pilot Information. Turn it off to hide the fatigue badge and make the trip cards shorter. Sleep & Fatigue now has its own button in Pilot Information too, so your sleep log is still one tap away with the badge hidden. Added Destin–Fort Walton Beach (VPS) and Panama City Beach (ECP). Trips through them now get domestic report times and rest rules, and show local Central time.
3.0.1 10月3日
Crewlu has a new look.
• The buttons now sit in a glass bar at the bottom of the screen. The pilot-hat button is gone; the gear opens the same Pilot Information screen.
• Calendar is a full view instead of a pop-up sheet, and Crewlu remembers whether you left it on Schedule or Calendar. Tap the month name to fold the calendar away, and swipe the month grid sideways to move between months.
• The graphical timeline has its own Timeline button. Rotating the phone no longer switches views; on iPhone the app stays in portrait except for the timeline.
• Larger text sizes fit. The schedule, duty periods, flight details and most other screens make room for bigger text instead of squeezing or cutting it off.
• Reserve notes use your own domicile's on-call, release and extension windows, and the ONT Category A window is corrected.
• The calendar's trip bars no longer keep legs that a synced trip change removed.
• Catering screenshot imports accept an OCR'd "Flt Date" label.
3.0.0 9月28日
Added Bellingham (BLI) to the airport list, including the home base picker.
Fixed the timeline so a delayed leg shows its updated departure time instead of the original schedule, and the next-up countdown no longer jumps ahead early.
2.8.2 9月14日
Fixed delayed flights on the timeline. When a leg was delayed but had not left yet, the timeline row kept the original scheduled Zulu time in the yellow column and counted down to it, even though the local time beside it already showed the new departure. Once the original time passed, the "UP NEXT" badge jumped ahead to the following leg. The row now shows and counts down to the estimated departure, keeps "UP NEXT" until the leg actually leaves, and sorts by the estimated time. The countdown at the top of the trip list follows the same time.
Fixed deadhead legs showing up as separate "Personal" jumpseat cards after a Crew Access import of a trip you had already loaded from Old CMS. Deadhead jumpseats are now created only after the trip is saved, and cancelling an import no longer leaves stray jumpseats behind. Jumpseat cards now say "Deadhead" when the jumpseat came from a deadhead leg on one of your trips, instead of labeling every jumpseat "Personal".
2.8.1 9月5日
Fixed the Details screenshot import for trips that end with a commercial deadhead home. The deadhead day was landing a day early, ahead of the operating leg it follows. It now sits after that leg and ends when you actually land, not at the scheduled release.
Fixed flight numbers on Details screenshot imports. On some page layouts the roster day number (the "1" in "1 Su") was being stored as the flight number, so most legs came in as 1, 3, 5. Legs with a number the app can't read now import with a blank flight number instead of a wrong one.
Stopped the Details screenshot import from labeling legs MD-11 when the aircraft column didn't read. An unread leg now takes the same type as the rest of the trip, and the trip fleet matches. If nothing on the page read, the type is left blank rather than guessed.
Fixed deadhead remarks that wrapped across a line on the Details page. The second airline leg of a deadhead was coming in with the same departure and arrival time. Both legs now carry their real times.
Duty release times on wider Details page layouts now come from the page instead of falling back to block-in plus fifteen minutes.
If you imported a trip with one of these problems, delete it and import the screenshot again. Existing trips are not changed.
Added commute drives to the calendar subscription and the one-time calendar export, so your partner can see when you are driving to or from work. There is a new Commute Drives toggle in Calendar Export settings, on by default. Deleting a drive now updates the subscribed calendar right away instead of waiting until the next time you open the app.
Added commute drives to the calendar subscription and the one-time calendar export so your partner can see when you are driving to or from work. There is a new Commute Drives toggle in Calendar Export settings, on by default.
Added Appleton (ATW) to the airport list so it can be chosen as a home airport and shows correct local times on trips.
2.8.0 9月3日
Fixed Zulu times on commutes, reading twelve hours early when your iPhone's 24-Hour Time setting is off. An 18:32Z departure showed as 06:32Z. The local times beside them were always correct — only the Z line was wrong. This affected the commute editor, the commute rows in Partner Sharing, and commutes on the timeline.
2.7.9 8月31日
Flight Info: screenshot import
• You can now import a screenshot of the Flight Information page, not just pasted text. Useful if your browser won't let you copy the page.
• Crewlu reads the table by its layout, so crew and jumpseaters land on the right rows instead of being scrambled into one column.
• The full jumpseater list imports with checked-in status, priority, and qualification.
Flight Info: "You're not listed." fix
• If your GEMS ID was saved with leading zeros — the way Crew Access prints it — Crewlu didn't recognize you as crew on your own flight and refused the import. It now matches your ID the same way the rest of the app does.
2.7.8 8月26日
* Fixed local times at Lafayette (LFT), Baton Rouge (BTR), Alexandria (AEX), Lake Charles (LCH), and Mobile (MOB). These airports had no time zone on file, so the app fell back to UTC and showed block, report, and release times five hours off. Early-duty (EDW) detection and reserve calculations were wrong to match.
* These five airports now appear on the map with correct distances, count toward Airports Visited statistics, and are selectable as a home airport and on jumpseat tickets.
* Added state labels and weather lookups for the same five, plus state labels for Monroe (MLU), Shreveport (SHV), Jackson (JAN), and Gulfport (GPT).
2.7.7 8月25日
Fixed a Crewlu cloud syncing issue
2.7.6 8月22日
Added a Fatigue Report Helper: pick the leg you're declining, and the app prefills the RFAT worksheet from your own data — event flight, show time, layover hotel, and your last 72 hours of logged sleep. A suggested wording screen drafts the fitness-for-duty statement from the same data (overnight-window flying, sleep in the last 24 hours, Part 117 findings), with tap-to-add chips for factors the app can't verify, and the statement rides along in the text and PDF exports with app-derived values marked in red. It's unofficial and informational only — verify everything against your own records. Find it in Pilot Info or on any duty period.
The Part 117 Advisory now sorts flagged duty periods to the top and explains each flag in plain English, and its home-base rest check models the full 56-hour, three-night requirement after long international trips, looking back across earlier trips.
Fixes
Fixed the Yoke card leaving the relief officer row blank and added a separate row for the second F/O on double crews. Fixed Details screenshots of international duty periods importing with domestic report and release offsets, which skewed duty times and required rest.
Training schedule PDFs now import crew correctly. Instructors, trainees and seat support are read from the columns they're printed in, so they no longer go missing or get attached to the wrong session.
Fixed duty periods that kept classifying as international after a sync removed the international leg on another device, which produced the wrong required rest.
2.7.4 8月20日
* Fixed: tail numbers and crew members disappearing after you saved them. After uploading a trip to the cloud, the app wasn't recording that it had just done so — on the next sync it read its own upload back down as though another device had sent it, and overwrote anything typed in between. Because a sync fires a few seconds after every edit, an actively-editing pilot lost roughly every other change. This also caused edits to vanish a day later, when the next launch pulled the stale copy over an edit that had never been sent.
* Fixed: "Add to Trip" not sticking for crew added without a GEMS ID. Each add minted a brand-new random identity, so the same captain added on two flights became two unrelated people and the app couldn't recognize him across the trip. Crew without a GEMS ID now get a stable identity derived from their name.
* Fixed: a pilot disappearing from the Pilot Directory after duplicate records were merged. The merge could pick an already-deleted copy as the one to keep and delete the live one behind it, leaving every record for that person deleted. Deleted records are now excluded from merging, and the surviving record keeps the most current seniority number in the group.
2.7.2 8月14日
* Training days that run past midnight now stay together. A sim that starts at 22:00 and debriefs at 02:00 is one training day instead of two — the stray one-hour "TEC Training" entry the morning after a late sim is gone.
* Training days no longer stretch to 22–24 hours in the schedule or the calendar feed when a night session's debrief is printed under the next date.
* Deleting a session inside a training day now shrinks the day to match. Previously the day kept its original hours, so your calendar showed a much longer event than the sessions left inside it.
2.7.1 8月12日
Fixed van times on trips that have two duty periods on the same day, where one van could show the other's airport and time and changing the minutes before duty in wouldn't stick. Each van now keeps its own time and setting, hiding one no longer hides the other, and both rides show up in the exported calendar instead of just one. Van times you've hidden also stay out of the calendar export now.
2.7.0 8月9日
• Fixed employee IDs ending in 0 getting cut short — 8546860 was showing as 854686.
• Fixed added crew not sticking. Adding a Captain took 2-4 tries before it stayed put; now it shows the first time.
• Fixed tapping a pilot right after opening the picker, doing nothing.
• Fixed training schedule imports, keeping only one person per session. Instructor, trainees, seat support, and IIT observer now all stay.
2.6.9 8月8日
Added Shannon and fixed some bugs
2.6.8 8月5日
Fixed a bug where Pro wouldn't activate on a second device (EFK/iPad) even though the subscription was active on your phone. The phone could incorrectly report the subscription as cancelled to your Crewlu Cloud account, leaving other devices stuck on the free tier. If this affected you, Pro will restore automatically on your other devices the next time you open the app on the device you subscribed to.
- Fatigue Score fix: early starts, late finishes, and overnight (WOCL) flying are now judged on your domicile clock instead of UTC
- Fatigue Score fix: time-zone impact now counts the zones each leg actually crosses
- Duty Patterns and Circadian Impact now grade each duty and leg individually and average them, so night-heavy trips score realistically instead of pinning at 0%
- Score Breakdown now shows your real sleep-history adjustment instead of a rounding artifact, and hides the row when there is none
- Sleep now counts properly: sleep logged during a short turnaround no longer draws a penalty, ignored sessions are excluded everywhere, and unlogged trip days only count against you if you were logging on that trip
Deleted legs and duty periods no longer influence the Fatigue Score
Fixed Early Duty Window (EDW) classification for duty periods reporting at exactly 05:00 domicile time. These were being tagged EDW even though the window ends at 04:59 — a 5:00 AM report is now correctly treated as non-EDW. This also corrects the required layover rest for those duty periods (was using EDW rest tables instead of standard).
2.6.7 7月26日
- New: Wizz Air (W6 and W4 Malta), Ryanair, and LOT Polish in the commercial ticket airline picker, with brand colors and airline app links
- New: European commuter airports — Sibiu (SBZ), Cluj-Napoca (CLJ), Dortmund (DTM), and Nuremberg (NUE) — with correct local times, weather, and map support. Entering a ticket like Wizz SBZ → DTM now shows the right local time on each end instead of Zulu.
2.6.6 7月24日
- New: Aircraft History (Pilot Info → Aircraft History) — every company tail you've flown or jumpseated, with flew/jumpseat/total counts, a most-flown card, fleet filters with counts, search, and sort (most flown / recent / block)
- New: tap any tail to open its full Aircraft History card (stats, routes, Flightradar24 / FlightAware, notes)
- New: swipeable "moments" banner — reunions, most time aboard, first tail, longest leg, biggest fleet, milestones
- New: fleet-type color coding, "flown recently" highlight, and long-press to pin favorite tails to the top
Yoke Note updates
* Rename any field on the yoke note — tap a field name in Yoke Note Options to change what prints (e.g., turn ETOW into whatever your operation calls it)
* New print preview (eye button) shows the exact printed page before you commit to paper, with swipe-through pages when printing all future flights
* Reset to Defaults now also restores original field names
Fixed catering import failing with "No matching flights found" when the flight number's leading zeros differ between sources — a trip sheet's flight 081 now matches the catering email's Flt No: 81, and the reverse. Applies to both the meal email import and the catered/not-catered status format.
2.6.5 7月19日
* Crewlu Cloud migration: fixed the 23503 database failure when a trip still restoring from iCloud (0 duty periods yet) had crew attached — its crew leaked into the standalone crew upload with no parent trip on the server. The trip crew now rides only the trip document; migration completes or names the trip, still waiting.
* Sign-out is now local-scope: signing out on one device no longer revokes the other device's session and stalls its sync.
* New "session expired — sign in again" state on the sync chip, schedule sync banner, Crewlu Cloud hero card/detail, and migration sheet; clears on the next successful sync or sign-in.
* Internal: SyncSchema model-count test updated for AircraftNote (full test suite was failing since Jul 11).
* Fixed leftover "JS" entries for commercial deadhead flights (Altour bookings) that a schedule revision removed from your trip — they no longer linger in the timeline or your subscribed calendar.
* Ghost jumpseat cleanup now also runs periodically in the background instead of only at app launch, so stale entries — including ones created on a device running an older version — clear within minutes and the calendar feed refreshes automatically.
2.6.4 7月15日
Brand new Aircraft Notes — tap the tail number on any flight, then the new notes button on the aircraft card. Notes remember the flight and date you wrote them with, hold a log page number, and can be flagged as repeat write-ups.
Duty Period screen: flight legs now show FAA nighttime next to block time (Block: 09:02/04:12, night in muted red) — calculated minute-by-minute along your route using the civil twilight rule (14 CFR 1.1), so legs that fly out of darkness into sunrise and back log correctly.
CSV export: new NIGHT column (HHMM, added at the end so existing spreadsheets and Safelog imports are unaffected).
Fixed: schedule changes that removed a deadhead leg could leave its "JS" jumpseat entry behind on the side-scrolling timeline and in the Apple Calendar subscription. Re-imports now clean these up, and a one-time pass at app launch removes any leftovers from earlier versions (calendar updates on its next refresh).
Fixed: Manual events (RSVA/reserve templates, manually entered times, and Hot Standby) created in the evening were saved on the previous day. The date picker speaks UTC, but the save code was reading the day back in local time.
Fixed: Duplicate Event day buttons were labeled one day behind where copies actually landed, which made an extra event appear after the last selected day. Buttons now show the true landing day.
Fixed: Crew Access "Trip Information" screenshots with the browser address bar visible failed to import — they now route to the correct parser.
Fixed: on international trips, days with two legs (ground transport + deadhead, or back-to-back same-number flights) could silently lose legs on screenshot import. Ground transport (GND) segments now import properly.
Fixed: T-Board deadhead legs marked "DH" now import as deadheads instead of revenue flights.
Fixed: Crew Access "Trip Information" screenshots with the browser address bar visible failed with "Couldn't read this Crew Access Roster screenshot" — they now import correctly.
Fixed: on international trips, days with two legs (ground transport + deadhead, or back-to-back same-number flights) could silently lose legs on screenshot import. All legs now import, and ground transport segments (GND) show properly.
2.6.3 7月13日
Fixed commercial travel imports (Altour) failing to read flights on airlines whose code contains a number — JetBlue (B6), Frontier (F9), Endeavor (9E), etc. These itineraries were importing with zero flights ("No flights were found"); they now import correctly.
Fixed the countdown timer in the widgets. When a lot of time was left (like 3:19:45), it could spill onto a second line. It now stays on one line and shrinks slightly to fit. Applies to all widget sizes — small, medium, and large, for both flight and non-flight events (like "Driving home").
2.6.2 7月10日
• Jumpseat import reads UPS's new card-style jumpseat page, pasted from the website or shared as the PDF from its Print button.
