Dan Gui Chinese Cuisine
Founded in 2019, Dan Gui Chinese Cuisine was born from our commitment to authentic Chinese flavors and our heartfelt mission to bring the taste of home overseas.
Rooted in Sichuan and Hunan cuisine, our menu blends traditional techniques with a modern American Chinese expression. While preserving the soul of classic dishes, we thoughtfully adapt flavors to better suit local dining preferences.
From our first location in Bellevue to our continued presence in Issaquah, Dan Gui remains dedicated to serving the community with care and consistency.
We believe in using quality ingredients and cooking with sincerity — creating Chinese cuisine that carries warmth and heart.
