DataStamp is a local-first proof vault for creating verifiable timestamps for text, photos, screenshots, receipts, contracts, and files.
The app computes a SHA-256 hash on your device, requests an OpenTimestamps proof, and lets you keep a portable record that can later be verified against Bitcoin anchoring. Your original content stays under your control; the proof is based on the hash, not on uploading the private document itself.
What DataStamp does:

• Organize evidence with folders and tags
• Export/share proof material when needed
• Use widgets and background checks for pending confirmations

DataStamp is designed for people who want defensible records without depending on a central account, proprietary server, or mutable database. It is useful for preserving proof of existence for notes, creative drafts, legal or financial records, screenshots, business documents, research artifacts, and other digital evidence.
OpenTimestamps is an open protocol for timestamping data with Bitcoin. DataStamp provides a polished iOS workflow around that protocol while keeping the app local-first and privacy-conscious.
